Forgive me if this has been asked (I tried searching) but does anyone know what carrier the 13 runs on? I tried looking on the site but didn't see anything. Also does it come ready to activate or do you need the addtional SIM purchase? My son broke his phone so I'm scrambling to find a decent not too junky replacement. Thanks!
