the first port was my old one which was broken, the second one which was installed was the new one… which looked the same up until I looked at it now
when I plugged it in it didn’t start charging… it did say that it was the same exact port as mine, but it clearly is not
last thing is my laptop uncovered so you can see that it is plugged in
