Everytime i open youtube shorts my feed turns into brain rot
This is the most problematic part of youtube. Even if you actively try to avoid the brain rot content youtube still recommends me brain rot. I dont realise I am watching brain rot until I get hit with Deja vu (A phenomenon that makes you go i remember seeing this when you go somewhere that you dont remember visiting). I am worried that brain rot will remove experimenting from my life and make me fully addicted to youtube shorts. The Deja vu method only works if kids already think it's low effort and doesn't work 100% of the time
