Hey yall, I'm moving to Ontario in the next year, and I'm trying to figure out what you do there for HRT.

Currently on a high dose of patches plus spiro and it's working for me. I would be down for injection as well. As far as I can tell in Ontario, only oral estradiol is covered on public insurance... so are yall on pills or what? It seems so impractical, and sublingual is miserable too. What's the practical solution?
