Hi everyone! I’m looking for a woman roommate as my current roommate is relocating for work.
The home is a 3.5 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in East LA (90063). The available room is private, and there is also an additional room I’ve converted into a small home gym with weights and yoga/pilates equipment that you’re welcome to use.
You’d be living with me and my two small dogs. I work full-time Monday through Friday and keep a consistent routine, so the home is clean, calm, and more on the quiet side. Not really a party house although occasionally I have friends over.
Rent is $1100. Washer and dryer on site. Street parking is available, though like most areas in LA, it can take a few minutes to find a spot depending on the time of day.
I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful, with a stable schedule and similar lifestyle, who also values a sense of home. Someone easy to get along with where we can chat, feel comfortable, and enjoy the space together while still respecting each other’s privacy and routines.
