the box, yes THE Box, contains chekhov's gun. well, maybe not literally , but think about it, its a box, it can't be opened, and it says "some things are best left forgotten for now', the box is a representation of loose ends in fnaf, which there are many, chekhov's gun is a principle that if something shows up, its going to be relevant later, but the text above it is an exact opposite of that, "some things are best left forgotten for now', is exactly against the principle of chekhov's gun, the box is where Scott hides everything with loose ends, he doesn't have anything to do with them, he was going to do stuff with later but didn't, like the box itself, and its context, so you might as well forget it.
