Am I the problem?

I just retook the DAT and I feel like I'm not doing something right. I had initially got a 20 on the DAT last year, but retook it again to try and get a higher score since I had a low OChem score. I was getting a consistent 24 on the full practice exams on DAT Booster, but I just took the test and I feel like I completely messed up. I felt as though there were many low-yield questions that I've never seen before and was much harder than the tests I had taken on Booster. From just the feel of it, I feel like I got a 19-21. Am I getting unlucky on the exam or is there something I need to change? I'm really lost for what to do and I feel like I couldn't have prepared more for the DAT than I could've before this.
