Men, Are You Happy With What You Have In Life?

Maybe you have a stable job.

You're paying off the mortgage.

You've spent years providing for your family.

Nothing wrong with this.

But..

Do you also think that you are thee best possible version of you that could exist?

Are you happy to stay in that lane until you are in your 60s?

Or have you thought about change?

Have you thought about doing something outside of your job and family responsibilities but just haven't found the right way to start it yet?

I want to understand what is stopping you from reaching your potential outside of your current life trajectory.

Do you find it hard to start something new?

Something simple like taking up exercise or educating yourself with a book or a podcast?

Maybe you just don't know where to start..

If this hits home I really want to understand your frustrations in starting a new habit or forming a new behavior.

DM me for a chat about this.

Appreciate it.

Martin.

Are you mid 40s and thinking you have already peaked?

This comes from never being a high achiever.

Thinking back to failed exams in school.

Getting average performance reviews at the job you don't even like.

You tell yourself 'I'm doing fine, I accept what I have'

Meanwhile, deep down you KNOW you are better than your current circumstances.

You KNOW there is more to who you are and you need a way to show it.

You've haven't peaked, you are nowhere CLOSE to peaking.

You've just decided to stop climbing.

If this resonates I'd really love to hear from you. I'm looking to interview 5-10 guys to better understand your experience.

I'm not looking to sell anything, just trying to learn. Happy to chat over Zoom, Whatsapp or just DM me if that is easier for you.

Thanks!

I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START

Are you someone who thinks "There's so much I could do—exercise, read, meditate, journal. I don't know which one to pick, so I'll figure it out later."

You feel as though you are paralyzed by options. You spend more time researching what to do than actually doing anything. You've got 47 browser tabs open with different programs. You're waiting for the perfect starting point.

Meanwhile, nothing happens.

You tell yourself you're being strategic, but really you're just stuck.

Deep down you've got this hidden belief: "If I pick the wrong thing, I'll waste time and fail. So I'll wait until I'm certain. And I'll never be certain."

What is needed is a minimum amount of momentum.

The confidence that comes from completing one small thing.

The belief that you can figure it out as you go.

Pick one. Just one. It doesn't matter which.

A 10-minute walk.

Read two pages of a book.

Open journal and write 5 words.

Do it tomorrow, and again the day after that.

You'll figure out what's next after you prove you can start.

Just start.

Honestly, you will feel great about what's possible once you just do 1 thing and keep doing it.

Worth a conversation?
