I saw safety team doing CPR training today.
I’ve been recently applying to IT Support Associate II L3 roles. After getting rejected 7 times, I finally got invited for an interview. I gave it my all, gave effective STAR answers and crushed most of the technical questions. I sent them an email afterwards and provided my 3 certifications, as per their request.
They dropped the copy-paste rejection email on me at 9 PM on a Sunday night. They said there’s interview feedback, but only my direct manager can talk to me about it. They left in part of the email that was supposed to be directly addressed to her, instructions and guidance on accessing the feedback and how to address it with me. They CC’d her in my rejection email, instead of putting forth the effort to send her a separate email.
Real professional, guys. Now I’m pissed off on my weekend because now I have to endure another year of Prime torture on ship dock, which is next month.
In the first half of 2006, Skillet posted studio journal videos on their website and sent them out to their email list subscribers. This was before YouTube really took off, so they hosted the videos on their website. They had 4 parts, each hosted by John, Korey, Ben, and Lori, they talked about recording their respective part of the album. Also, an early instrumental demo version of Whispers in the Dark was playing in the beginning of the videos and in the background.
They also released two videos that were more similar to their podcasts in more recent years. It was just the band goofing off in the studio and you’d occasionally get snippets of them practicing or recording parts of the album.
Anyway, I could only find the email that they sent out, but the link to the videos no longer works. It would be really interesting if anyone had them archived. It would be really cool for some newer fans to see them.
