What's a fair price?
My uncle died recently, and neither of his kids have any interest in his toolbox. Trying to come up with a fair price to offer.
It's a mix of stuff, some Tekton, Gearwrench, Craftsman, Icon, a little Snap On here and there. It's in a US General 5-drawer cart. It's all mostly in great shape, a few things here and there in well used but totally serviceable kinda condition.
There's also a few other things like jack stands and a jack, a serpentine belt kit, a set of spring compressors, a couple slide hammers, a bearing splitter and few other odds and ends.
They've offered me first dibs, but there's a little interest in their neighborhood too.
What's a good in the family price, and what's a good market value kinda price?
