Does anyone else have issues with their mouse on startup?

For the first few minutes when I start up my pc if I lift my mouse up it will disconnect / reconnect. Sometimes it also throws a hardware error. It seems to be related the the Razer app starting up because after that I have no problems with my mouse until the next restart.
