Hi there. I am currently in the process of interviewing with 3 companies. I need advice about navigating contact with 2 of them.

The 1st company I have a second interview with tomorrow in person. I feel prepared however this is the job I want the least. Lowest salary and way outside of what work I want to do. However anything at this point is valuable.

2nd company I had to complete an excel test and a personality assessment. I had until April 13th to do them however I completed them yesterday. Should I follow up with the recruiter to notify her that I completed them and ask if there are any next steps or should I wait to hear from them?

3rd company is the job I want the most. I had an initial phone interview and was told to send her my unofficial transcripts and that i’d receive a link to complete a leadership assessment. It has now been one week since the interview and I have not received a link for the assessment. I sent a follow up email this morning and am still waiting to hear back. I never heard back after sending my transcripts which feels expected.

I am unsure of what to do if job 1 moves faster and I am still waiting for jobs 2 and 3. Both jobs 2 and 3 offer better salaries and hybrid work options. I am fresh in the job market graduating this may and i’m not sure how to approach this type of situation. I’d appreciate guidance and advice.
