I'm not in combat, Ho Oh is my primary GS, I have missing health, and Calming Breath isn't working. I've died and picked my spirit up, still doesn't work, tried switching spirits and it doesn't fix it, and going into combat and it still doesn't activate when the combat is over. I'm on DotW playing the Cherry Blossom Viewing in Daigo, if that matters. I'm sure restarting the game would fix it, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what caused this, so I can avoid it if possible.
