I was watching lots of tutorials online about modern forhand and a bit of kick serve, which made me try to have a modern forehand of myself
I tried using a western grip, but my coach told me that, if I want to do a forehand like that, I need to train my arm and body every day (he initially taught me to use a continental grip and only use my arm, no body)
Also when discussing kick serve, he said that I would need to train my back everyday if I wanted to learn it
I don't go to the gym, so should I keep using my arm and avoid learning a kick serve?
