
This is mostly to the devs, maybe people would disagree with me, but after some time comparing the ships (Expecially the capital ships) between Sins 1 and Sins 2, i tend to notice a shift into desingning larger ships to be the most symetrical they could.
And yes, its not really a bad thing, but it takes a hit in the overall aesthethic of the game.
For example, the old Kol had two buldges at each side of the main body, one was the hangars and the other was some kind extension of the main hull with three turrets, this gave the ship a distinct silhouette that its has been lost in the new Kol.
The new Kol has the bridge on one side (very cool if you ask me) but the other side of the ship is very flat.
I do like a lot of the work the devs are doing, im only asking them to dont be afraid of assymetry when it comes to ship desing.
