My game has never been indexed for more than a month and itch support is ignoring me
As the title says, my game has never been indexed despite meeting all the criteria from Getting Indexed documentation, the Search and Browse FAQ, and the unofficial FAQ thread and despite being actively promoted and support is unresponsive for at least three weeks.
The advice to "promote your game as usual and that will have the most impact on how it appears on itch.io" just doesn't work. The game page receives around 400 visitors per day and already has more than 80 ratings, which is more activity than many projects that are currently indexed.
This is especially frustrating because the page has never been indexed at all and I don't know if my support ticket was just buried under hundreds of other similar emails or I need to do something (like providing more content etc.)
The game is NSFW, but pricing settings are set to "no payments", so it shouldn't be affecting the game page in terms of indexing.

UPD: Yes, I'm using VPN, but I can't access itch io from my location/country without one.
