Not asking for advice, this is just a warning for anyone in similar situation.
The deal between my brother and my mother was made back in 2012.
Mum wanted to avoid paying stamp duty and so she went 'guarantor' for my brother, whom never actually lived at the property and instead was living overseas.
Fast forward to now and my brother has now pocketed 600k because he has a 95% ownership of the title.
The other 5% gets distributed between myself and my other sibling.
I did seek legal advice however most suggested that it was too late.
If you have a parent that does dodgy financial deals, I recommend you challenge it very early on to protect your inheritance.
