Hey all, I wanted to share my experience so far on Retatrutide. I started at 172.8lbs and I’m now 158.7lbs so I’m down about 13.2lbs overall. I’m currently dosing 1.8mg a week.

I aim to eat around 1700 cals a day but honestly I think I’m often eating less than that without trying to, mainly because I get full really quickly and end up skipping planned snacks or not finishing meals.

The biggest change for me has been how much easier it is to stick to a meal plan. I don’t feel like I’m constantly thinking about food anymore, and portion sizes that used to feel normal now feel too big. I’ve also noticed that my stomach does not agree with junk food anymore, (I used to treat my self to it once a week)

One thing I’ve noticed though is that around 5 or 6 some of the “food noise” starts to creep back in a bit. It’s not overwhelming, but I do notice I think about food more again compared to the first few days after injecting.

I plan to use Reta until I get to my goal weight, I don’t have long to go. But after this shred I’m planning to go into a muscle building phase.

Overall, the appetite suppression, early fullness, and food aversions have been the biggest factors in my progress so far and it’s been a great tool helping me stay in a consistent deficit.
