Hi, I’m looking for just that. I’m very frustrated, but you can call me Wy. I’m 24, male, and looking for someone similarly aged (because I can’t write a series of numbers followed by the mathematical symbol for addition without getting flagged) to write an OCxOC story set in one of these world, preferably the first one but the options all exist for a reason.

A little about me, I’ve been writing for a long time! I’m semi literate at my average, write in the third person, and love working within limitations! Because of that last thing, I love working in tandem with a partner to create plots and characters that mesh well and make the story a long one! I prefer to use discord to rp, and I live in the PsT timezone.

Hello,bad card aficionado here looking for some advice on improving the overall playability of my mischievous box of decks.

For some slight context, I have myself a set of 8 decks that I’ve meticulously crafted out of whatever prerelease chaff and game store entry pack rates I’ve acquired over the years to be perfectly color balanced. Are they winning cedh tourneys? No, but I’m proud of the ideas I have contained within and you can check out my archidekt page using the decklist below if you’re interested in any more details than that.

But the reason we’re here is there’s one particularly big stinker amidst the raccoons luncheon of finely acquired garbage contained within single sleeves and my deck box, and that is my Azorius list.

Here’s the latest update, which I’ve neglected to maintain after throwing in [[inniaz the gale force]] in place of orophon. At the time I thought flying men was a wonderful idea, and may still very well believe in the concept but definitely don’t trust the execution. The deck sucks to play, and compared to the alternatives I’ve been considering lighting the house on fire to reclaim the insurance money and move to a better place. However I could not for the life of me find a better unique archetype in Azorius to build that wasn’t just control deck.deck number 64. To me, it seemed that birds was my only good option and boy was it a weak one.

But recently, I’ve discovered my shop has a rather expensive and shiny [[Hope Estheim]] in its case calling my name. I already own a blinged out [[Will, scion of peace]] in the alternate art, and none of my other decks really focus on lifegain as a strategy. It’s of course a shiny new toy and I’ve been entertaining the switch in my brain for weeks now, but I’m finally ready to pull the trigger……

Unless you guys have any pointers for me! I’m coming here just to give myself a final chance to save some money or spend extra before heading to the shop again this week by seeing if any Azorius players know of the following.

Is Azorius birds salvageable? Am I missing any cards that just make the deck tick that are leading to my negative experience?

Or are there any lifegain wincons I should scoop up alongside hope? Outside of [[aetherflux Resevoir]] [[felidar sovereign]] and [[Approach of the second sun]] of course, I’m looking for the unusual or maybe just unknown to me!
