The absolute bullshit in this post- let me break it down.
Of course this was written by a senior coordinator. Please take your giraffe sized tongue and stop licking your own ass.
Honestly, the actual core- the 5-6 people were good, they know what they were doing. But the rest of it- the SCs were terrible, terrible is an understatement None of the teams functioned properly. I was involved with them so I know how absolutely pathetic the team was.
Let me start from the beginning. The event screening happens and NONE of the event SCs have any idea about the clubs and what each club does. They just give twisted smiles and are pretty annoying. Anyways, they weren't that bothersome.
Next, sponsorships. Oh my fucking god. Terrible. The SCs have no coordination amongst themselves and no idea about what is happening. They also give us a stupid do not approach list out of which they couldn't even get a good deal from half of them. They charge a lot of money for basic things, it's almost looting people but obviously, no one cares about other people and poor vendors. How could one expect empathy from them.
Finally the logistics. Whatever I say is just the tip of the ice berg. These people overcharge you for everything, they won't even give you the money for your own shit that you raised. It's so pathetic. They made us fill in our logistics blah blah ages ago and when did they order logistics? On the day of the events.
The other teams- admin, venue, etc were honestly fine.
The reels were terrible as well with no creativity but whatever.
So for heavens sake stop glazing yourself, own up to your shit, most of you were terrible and pretended as if the world would end if it was not for you. You're so not cool.
From the outside, I hope you all loved utsav but I hope you know the amount of shit that goes in the background. And here's the guide to join the core team.
