Phone lines became spotty and no data when I am on the phone
I dont know what happened, in the past week my phone lines have become real spotty, it has become very statis, and they just "give out" and the phone line drops. At rhe same time. If I am on a phone call, the data completely shuts off.
I tried trouble shooting it. Sometimes I have to walk to go on my driveway to get better reception.
I tried calling them about it, and everything seems fine in there end.
I trouble shooted the data issue and it is still not working - I reset the network settings, ensured VoLTE is on.
What do I do lol, im starting to get fucking annoyed of this piece of shit network. The last few mths they have been charging me suspension fees because 1. My credit card expired so the balance rolled over the next month, and 2. The rep didnt keep my card on file to correct the issue. No sympathy whatsoever. First to call for payment, last to help a technical issue.
