Chancellor association scholarship

I recently got admitted to UCSD and was awarded the Chancellor’s Scholarship. I thought everything was completed through my financial aid portal because I submitted all required items there on time. The issue is that I later found out there may have been an additional step/form to officially accept the scholarship. I never saw it because I couldn’t properly access the email linked to my application for a while, and I didn’t realize anything was missing at the time. When I checked my portal, I only see the scholarship listed in my financial aid package, but there is no “accept/decline” option showing for me anymore. I contacted UCSD staff, and they escalated my case. The scholarship director even referred me to someone else and said they might be able to fix it on their end.
Right now, I’ve submitted a service/ticket request and I’m waiting for a response. I’m just trying to understand how likely it is that they can still manually fix or reinstate the acceptance, and how long these kinds of cases usually take

Guys am I lwk cooked like is there anybody who’s submitted things past due and they had allowed it
