Doing the Portuguese Camino (mix of Litoral/costal/central routes), what are the top rated/recommended places to stay? Looking for cheap and cheerful albergues with a Camino family vibe!

Thinking of just going for it and booking a flight to Porto in a few days time and walking the coastal route, I have done some general research/watched videos on the route but I’m looking for some tips on things I should know, route options, itineraries, best albergues/areas to stay, stop highlights? I’ve seen that May is a popular time to do the route so advice on albergues is appreciated, what time to aim to be there to get a bed etc? Going solo so any tips on meeting people/finding a Camino family is much appreciated! Thank you!
