I posted this one r/starbucks, but wanted to put it here too as this sub is more directly related to employment!

I will be working for Starbucks as a regular barista in Florida soon, and I was curious to know what the pay and hours are like for stores in the state. I have already discussed these with my manager during the interview and hiring process and have a general idea of what to expect, but I am curious to know how others are paid, how much hours you are able to receive each week, and how pay raises are determined and given and when. Thanks!
