Hi,

I started meditating for like a week or two now. I always do the same meditation that starts with me being in a meadow. The 1st couple of times it was just me. Now when I meditate my dog that passed always comes, like i can see him running/coming. Once I also had a family member with.

How do I know if that is actually them or is my mind adding them in the meditation?
