My parents are separated one live in England one in Wales. I've lived in Wales my whole life until last year September when I moved to England to go to do my art foundation. He registered me on the council tax but now because I have a twin sister who went to uni last year I can't even get to the student finance England to do it because it keeps sending me to the Welsh one. It will also make a massive difference with how much I getoneu wise. I'll get the minimum if I put in my dad's wages and maybe the lax if I put in my mum's. Do I still qualify for the Welsh one and if now how do I actually apply for the English one now I've made a Welsh login and stuff ?
