Hello! I just moved into a gorgeous old brownstone apartment with dark wood trim. I’m wondering what color couch I should get to complement the space and create a cozy, inviting environment. I included a picture of my living room as it is right now (still in the process of unpacking), a photo of it empty, and a couple throw pillows I’ll put on the couch. My thoughts is to put it on the back wall, possibly get a sectional to break up the space a bit.

Any design recommendations would be great, thank you!
