I bought a Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 XT GAMING OC 16G about a month ago. I bought a Phanteks AMP GH PSU 850W to go along with it as my old PSU was only 650W.

Around two weeks ago the GPU(I think) has started to make a very high pitch noise, I think it might be coil whine. With the case side panels closed and a headset on without music I can still hear the noise. It happens when its under load. For example when playing Diablo 4, I set the background FPS to 30. When I have the game active, it makes the noise. Instantly when I press outside the game and it runs in the background, it stops.

I put the GPU in my brother's rig, he has a Corsair TX650M. The noise isn't there even under load. Video of my GPU in my brother's rig: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=InA0RjwuxPQ

I've read that it might be the PSU. I have 3 days before the return date expires. Is there a fix to this where I can keep my current PSU?

Or should I return it and buy a new one? If I have to buy a new one, which one do you guys recommend?
