Everybody does one. Seiko, Citizen, Timex all do a black dial chronograph with a tachymeter that looks somewhat familiar, then of course there's all the Chinese AliExpress brands. But who does the best one?

Fans of Speedmasters, Daytonas, and all the rest of those fine, handsome watches with a tachymeter bezel - they're very pretty, and give the air of being a fine measuring instrument. But a vanishingly small number of you could describe how one would use a tachymeter bezel, and absolutely not one of you ever has ever had to use it to actually estimate the speed of something. Sure, you might have done so as a matter of interest, but I am completely sure that nobody here has ever thought "how fast am I going" and used a chronograph with a tachymeter bezel to work it out.
