I would post a video if I could, but basically my iPad is plugged in and charging (the cable is working, it works on my phone). It will be black, pop up with the Apple logo, pull up my home page for half a second, then return to black before restarting all of those steps.

My iPad has always had pretty bad battery. For example, if it’s fully charged in the morning, it will be completely dead by night despite it being off the entire day.
