Hi folks,

I’m a PhD student based in the US, and I’m also Neurodivergent myself (AuDHD, diagnosed, on Vyvanse). I’m currently researching how we use AI tools to navigate social interactions. Whether it’s drafting tricky emails, interpreting "hidden meanings" in texts, or preparing for social events, I want to hear about the good, the bad, and the "new norm" kind of experiences.

You do not need a formal diagnosis to participate, but I am looking for people who regularly use AI for social purposes.

What’s involved:

  1. Tool-based Case Logs: I’ll provide a simple, offline HTML tool I built to ensure your data stays private (it runs locally in your browser and doesn't send data to any servers). You'll use it to record 3-5 examples of your AI usage (takes about 2–10 mins per record).
  2. A Deep-Dive Chat: A one-on-one session via online talk or text-based chat (if you prefer that!). This usually takes between 45 to 75 minutes, I'll go at your pace, and we can take breaks if needed.

Ethics & Compensation: This research has been officially approved by my university’s ethics board (IRB). You will be given a formal consent form to review before we start to ensure your rights and data are protected.

As a thank you for your time, I am providing $20 (Amazon Gift Card or PayPal) upon completion of the interview.

Interested? Please fill out this short pre-screening form to see if you’re a fit:https://forms.gle/xNzVtyGUMQKLjKKh8

I’ll reach out via email to selected participants. Thank you for helping me build better, more inclusive tech!
