Zebra plant leaf fell. New leaf not growing?

Hello! I have a zebra plant where the leaves have fell off. I see new growth ? where a tiny leaf has grown but it has stayed the same size for at least 3 months. There also a small leaf where I have circled in Red right above a leaf and it hasn’t grown either. Will these ever grow bigger?

I understand that experience gained in a generalist classification can only be used to meet IT minimum qualifications if it is a result of a documented and approved OOC or T&D assignment. However, is the Research Data series (RDA/RDS) considered a “generalist” classification?

Can it be used to meet MQs for an IT class if they were performing IT related duties?

  1. First pic shows how the rest of my leaves are turning. It’s fading and has brown tips. Any idea on why all the leaves are turning brown on the tips?

  2. Second picture is a new leaf. It looks green and healthy for comparison.

  3. Third pic shows the soil and there’s a lot of white fuzziness? Can anyone tell me what that is? And should I be concerned? Or is it a water issue?

  4. Forth just shows a baby leaf that stopped growing lol

I use distilled water to water my plants and it’s in a bright room by the window. I usually have the shades up so it’ll get more sunlight. I’ve had about 4 new leaves within the last 2-3 months and they all have brown tips now!

Any help will be appreciated! Cross posted
