i want to get insurance for my cats, but they have had treatments before but not sure if this is per-exisiting?

i am new to this, but i have one 7 year old cat who is eyeless and toothless. he had a dental issue called feline tooth resorption and the treatment was to remove teeth but other than that no problems or further treatments. He has no diseases. my 5 year old cat is a tri pod cat who was in an accident as a kitten, recently he developed food sensitivity so he is on prescription cat food. other than that no diseases. we did bloodwork and stool and its just food sensitivity. are these pre-existing ? do they qualify still? which insurance should i check with?

This is new to me but I have been diagnosed with pcos in 2020 and went on birth control. I had small cysts but havent been back since. I went off birth control after a year due to headaches and anxiety. I tried different brands but nothing. My periods were normal until March.

Here are the dates: 3/24-29 normal period then 4/7-4/9 period again heavy like usual. And 4/16 until now bleeding. I dont need a pad just a liner. Theres only blood/clots when I wipe. It started normal red on 4/7 and after that it was black/brown and now its a bit lighter but there still with some cramps and headaches. This is new to me, I made applintment for gyno but its not until next friday. Is this part of pcos? Do I get back on birth control to fix it? Should I see primary doctor for now?

Our income was reduced but before we were paying off the balances every month and did not use all cards. However vet and medical bills piled up and we had to use cc. We have about 1500 left over every month. What should we start with first? I thoight about paying off the $300 one and $1k one i dont want too many credit cards. I opened these while in college and regret it. Should I do that?
