Hi everyone! I want to talk a bit about cymbal setup choices. I'm currently playing a Nu metal band and we play in small clubs maybe a 150-200 ppl capacity. Recently I'm not sure what to buy, or even should I buy another cymbal because I really want to have a darker cymbal sounds, more of a trashy one. BUT, doing some reasearch it was recommended that cymbals should have a mix of everything. I really loved playing dark trashy ones, I just bought an 16 ozone crash and kinda planning to buy either a china for breakdowns, a 18 crash but dark dry tone or just follow my google research of having a washy cymbal since my rig now is more of fast trashy ones.
