Has anyone done poe with british council dubai yet? if yes was it like full papers or mixed? I'm so confused as to how this will work.

So i'm applying to some unis in poland idk how to proceed cuz of the exam sotuation, i am also a private candidate, and they want final results. Even after that do I need to do any like legalisarion or do I need some eligibility letter???
