Korean Fried Chicken
Korean fried chicken wings with some cucumber, kimchi and some nice jasmine rice from our local Asian supermarket.
The wings were brined and par-boiled with some aromatics and fried in seasoned cornflower until crisp then tossed in the sauce! Definitely will make this again.
The sauce consisted of: Gochujang, Gochugaru, a bit of ketchup + hoisin, cooking sake, grated ginger + garlic, soy sauce, black pepper & sesame oil :)
