Does anyone have experience trying to get assessed while on Medi-Cal or through Kaiser Permanente? I have Kaiser through Medi-Cal. And they’re extremely rude at times from everything i’ve dealt with.
Just straight up shut you down before you can even explain stuff to them unless it’s very rudimentary issues.
If it’s anything complex they seem to have no clue what they’re talking about? Or are just ready to tell you you’re wrong?

I was a chronic smoker since 17, recently quit and i don’t ever plan on going back.

I used to move between alters with no problem while smoking, but since quitting, and in the last month or two being sure we all exist, it’s been very difficult to flow between each other to get daily tasks done, and anxiety has been at an all time high.
Does anyone have advice for this? Or advice on regulating ourself? Or does anyone relate?
