i have until october

I have until october my birthday to lose weight, i’m an 18 year old girl who works, but i have no limitations with foods i can get/ make and making time for gym. The issue is i don’t know how, i don’t know what foods/meals i should focus on or what workouts to do for my goals.

I want to feel good about myself for the first time on my birthday, take nice pictures and not worry about how i look in pictures. I’m not looking to be the perfect girl in this time, I want to slim down and slightly tone, but how?? what foods/ workout plans?? I’m looking for advice on what i need to do or try, or if there’s any recommendations to check certain people on social media.

I’m not massive but i’m definitely overweight and chubby, I want to bring out my figure more. Overall i also just want to improve my health and lifestyle.
