I have a house whose Electric storage heaters are now broken. Could i remove them myself or is it difficult?

Would love to get your recommendations on a car I should buy for family. We are moving back to Ireland in the summer from living abroad.

I have 4 children, below 8 years old. Looking for a family car

ICE, Hybrid or Electric are fine. Will be in Dublin so not a lot of driving, prob 30km/day standard school run/ activities and realitively regular weekend journeys to the west.

I dont want to spend lots on it as with the kids young I know it will be a mess and I have enogh costs buying furniture etc. so just something that will do for a couple of years. Ideal less than EUR 20k but no more than EUR 40k

I want something that is comfortable, safe and wont be any hassle for me and will be cheap to run.

What make or model would you suggest I narrow down to or indeed any that I shouldnt go near?
