SUPR claims "monk fruit sweetened" and "PCOS friendly", yet their ingredient list includes sugar, no monk fruit, high cholesterol and an undefined "Oreo" ingredient.
I thought PCOS patients aren't allowed sugar and high cholesterol snacks?
EDIT: according to fssai guidelines, the ingredient listed last has the least amounts in the formula. Their last igredients are monk-fruit and SUPR protein, meaning those are not significant.
A redditor pointed out that you don't need significant monk fruit to sweeten things, which is true. But considering they are saing "monk fruit sweetened" they shouldn't have Sugar and Brown Sugar top of the list. In short, they're misleading customers by saying it's just monk-fruit sweetend and PCOS friendly. The ingredient list really says it all.
