I get acne on my back and lower back the same thing on my face and chest when I scratch them off what comes out is kind of a small hard circle thing sometimes it has a hair attached on it I'm not sure what it is I think it may be folliculitis l've had this for quite a while and I'm not to sure on how to treat it Ive tried soaps and lotions I also do have a problem with picking at my skin and get a lot of scarring because of it any recommendations for that would be appreciated to
