I bought a few cards from like 6-7 🤪 vendors (literally) i saw that the option to pay after confirming that it has arrived its only for certain types of shipping...

I only paid for that type of shipping only for one of the vendors cause I'm scared they are gonna keep the money and not send anything.

Does that really happen and what would be my options if that happens, if they don't send anything and they keep the money...?
