Not religious books. I don't believe it is an answer. Pessimistic thoughts have Made me rude to my father and mother. Last evening I was so angry and depressed. I blame and told my parents that they give me this unattractive face and body. And they are the sole reason that I am alone , lonely not able to get 1 romantic partner in 28 years old . I think I broke my parents heart . They are very concerned that I may do something harmful.
