hi i’ve been sh for a few months now and i’ve hid it pretty well but today my parents saw some scars on my arm because i was fucking careless and stupidly let my guard down for a second. they’re asking me if someone did it to me or of i did it and i’m just making excuses and hiding from them. i know it sounds like they care at first but i don’t get along with my parents at all my dads literally told me he hated me and the family gets in huge arguments often. i’m rlly scared and idk what to do
