Hey guys. Need some suggestions to a newbie here.

I want to buy a plot in bengaluru and build a house with architecture of my taste. This is for residence, for me and my parents.

Around 1500-1800 sqft can be my requirement. What areas should i look for? A peaceful vicinity with all the resources around. Scope for growth? What would be the lowest quoted price?

Can around 1 cr be a good budget for this(plot+house) or is it too less?

My query is extremely vague, i know🥲 but please suggest if possible.
