I keep getting reoccurring cysts on my upper butt cheeks. They're not pilonidal cysts. They don't seem to really drain but the area they are is getting discolored and it's weighing on my self esteem + they're uncomfortable when sitting. I am in between homes so my current "desk" is the floor so I wonder if that could be a cause?

I use Prid drawing salve infrequently and they'll shrink but always come back. I am considering tretinoin to combat both the draining and the darkness caused. Any advice? I'm getting desperate.
