So my exams strictly require "Black Ball Pen" So..

Something I look for

-Budget under 100rs.

-I don't like ultra thin so anything around 0.7 or 0.5 is also fine

-should not bleed much (I hate when it bleeds through the paper)

-also something that is widely available in india. I dont wanna buy stuff online or struggle to find refills or new ones later.

You can also recommend gel (or any other type) pens given they also share a lot of ballpoint qualities like not bleeding through and no smudge.
