Have I been scammed? What should I even buy?

Okay well, I haven't tried fountain pens in a long while. I just ordered this thing from Zepto. Costs about ₹45. Now I was not expecting anything legendary but it was SO PATCHY, and lagged when writing, very bad ink flow. So I tried to remove the cartridge and reinsert it, it flooded its reservoir and now it DOES NOT WRITE AT ALL. The top of the nib will still spill ink if I shake it. The nib just doesn't write and I'm feeling enraged.

My question is, is there anything that can be done to make this pen reusable? and is there any budget friendly fountain pen (within ₹50 to ₹200) you guys can recommend that I can buy (which actually writes uninterrupted).

I don't know who relates but I have an intense, uncontrollable anger when I'm writing or drawing and the strokes have interruptions in them.

So far, the best use I have found for my oily skin is polishing my ebonite pens. I don't remember who told me this, but I think it's probably Narsimha chinna of Woodex himself.

Now the fun part : this was just before my board exams, maybe 2 days before the first one? Anyway, as I was polishing my pen, my mother suddenly entered my room and saw me rubbing the pen on my face. She asked me, very calmly, like Dumbledore in Goblet of Fire, whether I was trying to cram whatever I could as a last resort before the exam.

Back then, I only had one ebonite pen in my vicinity, so I couldn't even prove that I was, in fact, just polishing the pen.

But it does work!! If you have oily skin and an ebonite pen nearby, try it yourself!!

Smoothest Pen (from any category)

Hey guys!!

I have been an enthusiastic pen lover, since the day I held "Reynolds Trimax". I have explored many brands, many pens but never explored Fountain pens properly( I've pierre cardin penomatic). Now that I'm looking for a suitable fountain pen for me, a question struck my mind.

would any rollerball pen which uses ink as a refill will be smoother than a wet fountain pen? Or is it even possible for a non fountain pen to be as smooth as a fountain pen?
