So I recently came across a video about Driveaway jobs. Is there anyone with experience doing it? What are the pros and cons? Is it even worth looking into and trying?

So I am currently on my first lease with Section 8. I was told by my worker that it switches month-to-month after that. Is that normal, or are there other options? What if the current landlord isn't interested and would rather sell the property?
