Currently on week 3 on Trintellix. So far my symptoms have been waves of nausea, dizziness, and somehow feeling both hot and cold at once. All par for the course, I understand I have to just wait it out and see, but one thing's been bugging me: my symptoms are a bit inconsistent??

Specifically the INTENSE waves of nausea that force me to lay down. I usually get them at night roughly 8 hours after I take my pill... but not every night? The past 2 nights I've been fine but tonight it hit me like a truck out of no where, so it's been off and on. Anyone else experience this, is it normal?
